Version 1903 will not be available for everyone. But For some you can download right from the Windows Update and install it.
But for those who don't get the update i will show how to download windows 10 version 1903.
Download the Windows 10 May 2019 Update Using Update Assistant
- Go to >> Windows 10 Version 1903 and click Update Now Under the " Windows 10 May 2019 Update now available "
- From there open the update assistant and click Update Now
Download The Windows 10 May 2019 Version 1903 Using Media Creation Tool
- Go to >> Windows 10 Version 1903 and scroll down to Down Tool Now
- Open the MediaCreationTool1903.exe and click Accept
- Select Upgrade This PC Now and you know the rest
