There are many softwares and apps that will do this but most of them fails at some point. So today i will show you two ways to Transcribe and its FREE.
This system is used on virtual assistant apps are like Siri and Google Assistance which they basically depend on this and frequently being developed. So 1st method will be using their own Google technology for transcription so this is quite powerful than everything else out there.

Method 1 : Transcribe Using Google Docs From Your Laptop
1. First head to Google Docs and click Tools from the top menu.
2. From there select voice typing or you can press CTRL+SHIFT+S.
3. Then simply click the microphone icon which appears on left corner and everything you say will be recorded and typed in the sheet.
If its a laptop it will automatically Switch On the microphone but if its a PC and doesnt have a built in mic you need to attach one.
This is not accurate to the every letter but the overall is accurate compared to other softwares. So yeah this is very usable and good. And most importantly this is FREE.
Method 2 : Transcribe Using Your iOS/Android Phone
This method will be very much accurate than the first one because you use the phone to transcribe and use its Microphone. Mobile phones have the most advanced and Precise Mic which will not catch background noise.
- All you have to do is go to any app which can take down notes and from there your keyboard have little mic icon.
- Press that and play your video from the computer and hold your phone near the computer.
And it will transcribe everything from the video.
